Patrick O. Strauss

President/CEO
Patrick Strauss is the President and
Chief Executive Officer of Allergy
Practice Consulting Group, Inc. He
is also one of its founders, teaming
up with partners who have experience
in medicine, business consulting and
information technology. Mr. Strauss
brings almost 20 years of legal and
business experience to the company.
Prior to APCG, Strauss was a
shareholder at the firm of Hallett &
Perrin in Dallas, where he handled a
variety of business disputes in
multiple forums across the country.
His professional experience and
counsel with businesses and
employers on commercial, labor and
intellectual property matters have
made him a good steward for APCG.
While in private practice, Strauss
carried an AV rating by Martindale
Hubbell and was featured in D
Magazine as one of the Best Lawyers
under 40 in Dallas. He was also
voted by his peers as a "Super
Lawyer" in Texas Monthly Magazine.
He holds degrees from the University
of Texas at Austin (JD) and St.
Mary's University (BA, summa cum
laude). Mr. Strauss is passionate
about access and delivery of
sophisticated medical care in the
most innovative efficient manner
possible. He is married with two
children and lives in San Antonio,
Texas. |
Margarita Seaman, M.H.A., D.D.S.

Chief Operations Officer
Margarita Seaman is the Chief
Operations Officer of APCG. She
brings over 15 years of health care
management experience to the
company, including hospital
operations, a successful record of
financial profitability through
improvements in operations,
decreasing costs and improving
organizational structure. Before
joining APCG, Dr. Seaman served
Director of one
of the divisions of the Nix
Healthcare System, where she oversaw
the day-to-day operations of the
facilities and departments,
including referral development,
financial analysis, case mix
opportunities, human resources
management, product development,
flexible staffing analysis, and
compliance with federal and state
requirements. Her experience also
includes financial analysis on
program profitability, cost
accounting, benchmarking,
forecasting, budgeting process and
labor planning. She develops cost
accounting tools that help managers
understand on a concurrent basis the
fixed and variable cost associated
with each line of service provided.
Dr. Seaman holds a degree in
dentistry from Universidad Javeriana
Escuela de Odontologia in Bogota,
Colombia. She also holds a Masters
in Health Care Administration from
Trinity University in San Antonio,
Texas. In 2005, Dr. Seaman was
selected as “40 under 40 Rising
Stars of San Antonio” by The San
Antonio Business Journal. |
Vince Honrubia, M.D. F.A.C.S.

Chairman of the Board
Dr. Vince Honrubia co-founded APCG
in 2005 along with Patrick Strauss.
Throughout the course of more than
20 years of experience as a surgeon
specializing diseases of the ear
nose and throat, Dr. Honrubia has
brought access to excellence in
medical care. Dr. Honrubia graduated
in 1986 from the University of
California at San Diego with a BA in
Biochemistry. In 1990, he received
his medical degree from the UCLA
Medical School. He did his residency
in Otalaryngology at Northwestern
University in Chicago. Dr. Honrubia
has published numerous abstracts and
other publications during his
career. He is a member of the
American Association of Otalaryngic
Allergy, the American Association of
Facial Plastic Surgeons, The Texas
Medical Association and the American
Academy of Otalaryngology. From 1983
to 1989, he also served as a
Lifeguard on Los Angeles County
Beach in California. He is married
with four children and lives in
McAllen, Texas where he works in
private practice. |
Frank Alaniz

Regional Director of Business Development (Rio Grande Valley Region) Frank Alaniz brings over
12 years of experience working with physicians across South Texas. Mr. Alaniz has a rare mix of
analytical and technical experience blended with relationship development and management, which has
served the Company well since he joined APCG in January, 2005. Before joining the Company, Mr.
Alaniz managed regional business development and service for Daiichi Pharma. In addition to his
understanding of managing business service, he has a technical and engineering background ranging
from product design to technical problem solving in the field. Mr. Alaniz graduated from Texas
A&M University’s College of Engineering in College Station, Texas, where he earned his Bachelor
of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. He also excelled as a member of Squadron 12 in the
Corp of Cadets, where he served in various leadership positions, including Company Executive
Officer. Frank has a passion for family and the outdoors. He is married with two children and lives
in McAllen, Texas.

Arturo Bonilla, M.D.

Educational Advisory Board
Dr. Bonilla serves on the Company's Medical Advisory Board. He brings over 20 years of medical
experience to the Company. Dr. Bonilla graduated cum laude from St. Mary's University in San Antonio
in 1984. He received his MD degree in 1989 from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston,
Texas. Dr. Bonilla completed his General Surgery Residency training at Methodist Medical Center in
Dallas, Texas and then completed an Otolaryngology — Head & Neck Surgery residency at the State
University of New York in Buffalo. He subsequently completed a clinical and NIH fellowship in
Pediatric Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr.
Bonilla founded the Microtia — Congenital Ear Deformity Institute in 1989 and has grown this into
one of the largest pediatric microtia reconstructive practices in the United States. Dr. Bonilla's
center is the most searched microtia ear reconstructive center in the world. Dr. Bonilla is a
Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology — Head & Neck Surgery. He is married with three
children and lives in San Antonio, Texas.

Adrian Casillas, M.D.

Advisory Board
Dr. Adrian Casillas serves on the Company’s Medical Advisory Board. He brings over 20 years of
medical experience to the Company in the areas of Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics. Dr.
Casillas has written and lectured extensively throughout the United States. Dr. Casillas completed
his undergraduate work at Notre Dame. He earned his MD from UCLA School of Medicine in 1987. He
completed his Fellowship in Allergy-Immunology at UCLA School of Medicine in 1993. He is certified
in Allergy & Immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and in Internal Medicine
by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Casillas currently serves as Associate Professor of
Pediatrics at the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport School of Medicine. Prior to that he
served as Associate Professor of Allergy and Immunology of UCLA School of Medicine.

Denise Hicks, M.P.H

Clinical Laboratory Advisory Board
Denise Hicks serves on the Company’s Advisory Board in matters relating to the clinical
laboratory division. Ms. Hicks brings over 20 years of experience in laboratory science and clinical
study. She has extensive experience in administration of research and clinical laboratories,
preparation and submission of protocols and grants, coordination and implementation of clinical
trials requiring advanced knowledge of institutional and federal regulatory issues. She has degrees
from Duke University (M.S. in Microbiology), the University of Texas, San Antonio and the University
of Texas Health Science Center (B.S., Medical Technology) and the University of Texas, Houston
(Masters Degree in Public Health). Denise is also board certified by the Board of Registry of the
American Society of Clinical Pathologists. In addition to her scientific knowledge, Ms. Hicks also
bring laboratory operational skills, including mastery of the Company’s laboratory information
system. She implemented the Company’s laboratory operation including laboratory design, analyzer and
information systems integration, compliance and other protocols. As a result, the laboratory has had
a perfect record of no deficiencies on all CLIA inspections. Ms. Hicks also serves as the director
of laboratory operations for the CTRC in San Antonio. She resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband.
